Coaching leaders to lead through complexity and reshape workplace culture

Practical, confidential support focused on real decisions, real relationships, and real change.

Leveraging International Federation of Coaching foundational training and decades of experience consulting on strategic efforts with leaders across sectors and organizations, I confidentially work with leaders navigating complex systems and transformational change in workplace and team cultures. This work is grounded in evidence-based strategies and accountability structures.

I primarily coach executive leaders from higher education, nonprofit organizations, professional associations, and neighborhood groups. Some of my clients are mid to senior level leaders who seek ways to advance in their respective organizations and seek to center their well-being, purpose, and values along their career trajectory.

Areas of Focus:

  1. Leading with purpose and integrity

  2. Leading to build inclusive and thriving teams.

  3. Leading with defined work/life needs, integration, and boundaries to mitigate burnout and support personal wellbeing

  4. Leading with confidence, trust, transparency, psychological safety, and resilience

  5. Leading through and recovering from harmful environments

The process is focused and practical.

In our work together, we’ll clarify your current career or leadership goals, assess your readiness to move forward, and identify a small number of intentional next steps. The emphasis is on helping you get unstuck, build confidence, and take action—without overcomplicating the process.

This coaching is designed to support momentum, not create dependency.

  • "Etta is a singular facilitator and coach.  She skillfully navigates even the most charged topics, excelling at creating environments in which participants take risks to be emotionally and intellectually vulnerable in service of their own, as well as their colleagues', growth as responsive, inclusive and effective leaders.  The tools she uses to accomplish this are accessible, creative and evidence based.  I've been privileged to work with Etta and have grown in my own practice as a result of what she models."

  • " Etta is very warm, open, and engaging, and her facilitation style brings that out in others. She’s a natural teacher and leader whose presence fills up a room and draws others in. She has a gift for creating safe spaces where others can feel free to speak their minds and their hearts."
